Sasha Goriounova
After graduating from CCHS in 2016, I got a B.S. in chemistry and a B.S. in forensic science from the University of New Haven in 3 years. During my time at UNH, I received a NASA space grant, interned at Savannah River National Laboratory, and interned at the FBI's Quantico Laboratory. I am now a second year PhD student at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill studying for phrmacology.

John Horzen
John Horzen was a 2016 graduate of Cypress Creek's IB program. He recently received a Bachelors in Violin Performance from Vanderbilt University, and lives in New Haven, Connecticut where he is pursuing a Masters in Design at the Yale School of Drama.

His unique blends of technology, music and theater have led to a number of interesting projects including the Coalition to Stop Procrastination School Network, the Hamilton Flashmob @ VU, a TEDx talk focused around technology-augmented performance, serving as a US representative in France's Aix Provence Music Festival, co-directing the 2019 Chamber 2.0 Experience at the University of Maryland, and is currently co-producing the Washington D.C. Chorus' Spring Concert.

He is incredibly thankful for the opportunities provided by CCHS and if there are students out there that find this sort of thing interesting and are thinking about pursuing the arts as a career, please feel free to reach out (john.horzen@gmail.com).
