Estimada Comunidad Bolívar:

Nos complace anunciar que hemos comenzado los preparativos para nuestro tradicional Día de las Velitas, una fecha especial que refleja el espíritu de unión y el sentido de pertenencia que caracteriza a nuestra Comunidad. Queremos que este día sea, como siempre, una noche llena de luz, alegría, gratitud y el inigualable espíritu navideño que nos une en esta maravillosa época del año.

Día de las Velitas en el Colegio Bolívar: viernes, 6 de diciembre 2024, 5 a 9 p.m.

Este evento está diseñado para ser un momento de encuentro y celebración para nuestra Comunidad. La planificación anticipada genera claridad y tranquilidad, especialmente para nuestros estudiantes. Es importante que cada participante de este evento conozca con antelación sus responsabilidades para contribuir al bienestar y éxito de nuestra celebración.

Este año, por motivos de seguridad debido a la situación actual de la ciudad, nuestro Día de las Velitas será un evento cerrado para:

• Familias de estudiantes actualmente matriculados en el año escolar 2024-2025: padre, madre y sus hijos.
• Empleados actuales del Colegio, su cónyugue y sus hijos.

El ingreso será únicamente con registro previo a través de la plataforma Eventrid, con un costo operativo de $5.000 por persona.

En el próximo comunicado, les estaremos enviando el enlace del portal para realizar el registro. Adicionalmente, compartiremos información importante para asegurarnos, entre todos, de que este día sea una experiencia segura y memorable junto a sus familias.

Este Día de las Velitas es una oportunidad para fortalecer la unión, la solidaridad y el espíritu de Comunidad que compartimos en el Colegio Bolívar.

Dear Bolívar Community,

We are pleased to announce that we have begun preparations for our traditional "Día de las Velitas," a special occasion that reflects the spirit of unity and the sense of belonging that characterizes our Community. We want this day to be, as always, an evening full of light, joy, gratitude, and the unique Christmas spirit that brings us together during this wonderful time of the year.

Día de las Velitas at Colegio Bolívar: Friday, December 6, 2024, 5 to 9 p.m.

This event is designed to be a moment of gathering and celebration for our Community. Advance planning ensures clarity and peace of mind, especially for our students. It is important that every participant in this event knows their responsibilities in advance to contribute to the success and well-being of our celebration.

This year, for safety reasons due to the current situation in the city, our Día de las Velitas will be a private event for:

• Families of students currently enrolled in the 2024-2025 school year: father, mother, and their children.
• Current employees of the school, their spouses, and their children.

Admission will only be granted through prior registration on the Eventrid platform, with an operational cost of $5,000 per person.

In the next communication, we will send you the link to the portal to register. Additionally, we will share important information to ensure, together, that this day is a safe and memorable experience with your families.

This Día de las Velitas is an opportunity to strengthen the unity, solidarity, and community spirit we share at Colegio Bolívar.
