Estamos encantados de contar con su presencia y de compartir juntos este Día de las Velitas. Su apoyo y ejemplo son fundamentales para crear un ambiente de respeto y disfrute para todos...

Les pedimos revisar los siguientes puntos sobre la organización del evento:



• El evento es exclusivo para las familias de estudiantes matriculados en el año escolar 2024-2025 (padre, madre e hijos).
• 
  
• Cada asistente (incluidos los estudiantes) deberá presentar un código QR el cual es generado a través de la plataforma Eventrid. El portal estará habilitado a partir de hoy, 27 de noviembre. Solicitamos generar únicamente los códigos que se utilizarán.

• Para obtener el QR debe ingresar el documento de identidad y el código de familia. La plataforma validará la información y solo se generará el código para los documentos de identidad registrados. Si los datos no coinciden, no se emitirá el código.

• El código QR es único e intransferible.
• 
  
• El costo operativo de generación del QR es de $5.000 por persona. En la entrada, tras la validación del QR, se entregará una manilla por persona, la cual deberá usarse durante todo el evento.

We are delighted to have you with us and to share this Day of the Candles together. Your support and example are essential to create an environment of respect and enjoyment for everyone...

We ask you to review the following points regarding the organization of the event:

• The event is exclusively for families of students enrolled in the 2024-2025 school year (father, mother and children).

• Each attendee (including students) must present a QR code which is generated through the Eventrid platform. The portal will be enabled starting today, November 27. We request that you generate only the codes that will be used.

• To obtain the QR you must enter the identity document and the family code. The platform will validate the information and only the code will be generated for the registered identity documents. If the data does not match, the code will not be issued.

• The QR code is unique and non-transferable.
• 
  
• The operating cost of generating the QR is $5,000 per person. At the entrance, after validating the QR code, a bracelet will be given to each person, which must be used throughout the event.
