“Rewind as Art and Music Intertwine”
Thursday, October 15 5-7:30pm

A form of art, music is a reflection and influence of human emotion. Jazz, country, hip hop, disco, rock, pop, classical and musical theatre are all genres heard in the modern music period of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today. Join us October 15th, as the doors of our art crawl venues transform into portals leading to different musical eras and genres. Featuring the “musical illusion” of Marc Dobson, the man who serenades in the streets with 9.1 musical instruments all attached to his body at once.

Jay Z “Picasso Baby”, The Creation, “Painter Man”, Nat King Cole, “Mona Lisa” , David Bowie “Andy Warhol”, Coldplay, “Viva La Vida”, this is a list of musicians and their songs about art and artist. We know that visual art is influenced by music and vice versus, so let us “Rewind as Art and Music Intertwine”

Virtual Wine Tasting Experience
with Craft'd
Friday, October 16th 7:00-8:00pm

Join Craft'd for a Friday night Zoom encounter and sample two amazing wines from California:
Chamisal Chardonnay Stainless 2019, $17.50 — Lime zest, green apple, passionfruit and a light floral note. The palate showcases the ability of a chardonnay to be crisp but retain opulence without the influence of oak with a surprisingly round entry followed by long, linear acidity. Clean with a hint of salinity.

Seghesio Zinfandel Sonoma 2018, $26.99 — A bouquet of cedar, spice, and sun-ripened blackberries; bold and richly textured on the palate with an intensity and purity of fruit reflected in notes of wild blueberries, plum, and black currants. A light dusting of tannins provides structure and a long finish that is boueyed by fresh juicy acidity.

We will be joined by Rexine Connor, Mid-Atlantic Key Account Manager for Crimson. Crimson Wine Group represents a handful of west coast wineries, which are highly regarded. We tasted their Archery Summit Pinot Gris Vireton and the Seven Hills Walla Walla Merlot back in June and they were both big hits.

There are limited quantities available, so be sure to get your wine early.
The tasting will be via Zoom, no account necessary. The link will be sent the day of.
Feel free to enjoy snacks or dinner while tasting.
