EMGIP Bundestag Internship

EMGIP (Émigré Memorial German Internship Program) offers internship opportunities for U.S. and Canadian students in the German parliament, the  Bundestag . The internships are two months long and student interests are matched with the position.  Application by September 15, 2018.

Call for Project Proposals
RISE Worldwide

Research groups, labs and doctoral students can apply to host a motivated and well-qualified student from Germany. The German intern will assist in research and lab work for the proposed project. The students have academic training in the STEM fields, and receive a DAAD scholarship to help cover expenses and travel costs.  Submit by October 15th, 2018.

Is there an age limit for DAAD Scholarships?

There is no fixed age limit. However, some scholarship programs specify that only a certain amount of time should have elapsed since you received your last degree. For details, please refer to the respective scholarship description.

UAS7 Study and Internship Program

 UAS7 Study and Internship Program (SIP) Deadline October 1, 2018. UAS7 (Seven German Universities of Applied Sciences) invites students who are currently enrolled in Canadian and U.S. colleges to apply for the Study and Internship Program (SIP). Successful applicants will be eligible to study for one semester at a UAS7 member university, or receive a short-term internship placement at one of our university laboratories. Successful applicants are automatically considered for the UAS7 Travel Scholarship of 1000 EUR to cover transatlantic travel expenses.
