EMGIP Bundestag Internship

EMGIP (Émigré Memorial German Internship Program) offers internship opportunities for U.S. and Canadian students in the German parliament, the  Bundestag . The internships are two months long and student interests are matched with the position.  Application by September 15, 2018.

Postdoctoral Researchers International Mobility Experience (P.R.I.M.E.)

This funding program addresses postdocs of all nationalities, who see their future career in Germany, but who first wish to spend some time researching abroad. Funding is provided for 18 months, of which 12 have to be spent abroad and 6 at a German university.  Apply by August 31st, 2018.

Stephani Richards-Wilson

Dr. Richards-Wilson is the Director of Graduate Business Programs at Alverno College where she holds a tenure-track faculty position. She has been awarded several fellowships including two from DAAD, one of which was a fellowship to present on Willi Graf, a German resistance fighter during the Nazi-Regime, at the Goethe Institute in Paris, France in 2011.

I am starting my Master's in Germany in October of 2018. Can I still apply for the Study Scholarship?

Yes, absolutely. However, the funding period will not begin until October 2019. This means you can apply for funding for the 2nd year of a Master's program. Funding for the academic year 2018/2019 is no longer available.
