Big News at DAC! 
 
DAC Sales is proud to announce that we are now a 100% Employee-Owned Company! 
  
It's true, we are. Up to this point (well, December 31, 2015) the employees of DAC Sales owned 46.5% of the total company. The controlling shares were owned by Rick McGinley (25 years at DAC) and Jim Shiminski (23 years at DAC). Well, it's a done deal. As of September 9, 2016 the employees of DAC Sales now own the whole company. DAC Sales is now 100% ESOP ( Employee Stock Ownership Plan). 
 
This new structure of employee ownership means you can count on DAC Sales to stay independent and dedicated to its mission: to be New England's premier supplier of custom HVAC systems and to lead the way in sustainable system design. Don't look for any sweeping changes as both Rick McGinley and Jim Shiminski plan on staying with the business in their current leadership positions.

Just remember, every time you call us now you are speaking with an owner.

Tech Session Information - The session will include where equipment protection standards have started and progress to current protection options, and new technology which is designed to increase heat transfer and system efficiency. 

Meet the Speaker - The past 14 years of his life, Bob Cooney has been an independent rep and founded the company Cooney Coil & Energy.  With a total of 30 years experience,  Bob specializes in heat transfer equipment and invented the freeze Block Technology.  He believes necessity is the mother of invention and strives to have a strong, innovative, and creative team that backs him up at all times.
