March 15 - National Technical Honor Society Induction Ceremony.

Congratulations to our 119 new and returning National Technical

Honor Society students! They have worked extremely hard to distinguish

themselves in Career Technical Education in order to earn this honor, and we

are excited to celebrate them. The induction ceremonies will be held during

both the morning and afternoon lab times. They will be live-streamed on the day of the event and recorded for later viewing. Links to the live streams, as well as specific information about the time schedule, will be made available prior to the ceremonies.

March 17th- Remote Learning Day for Students

During remote learning days, students are engaged in online assignments provided by their teachers. This is an opportunity to practice time management, and self-direction, as well as hone the skills necessary for learning remotely - all skills that are valued by our collegiate and business partners.

DACC Rotary Scholarships

Applications are now available for seniors. 

Last year, we awarded a total of $20,0000, which was spread out to twenty students to purchase tools and equipment needed for the workforce or to use towards books and tuition. 

Interested students, please fill out this Google Application Form. Applications are due Monday, April 3, 2023

Students will interview with a small committee in mid to late April during school hours.

Scholarships Through the Delaware County Foundation

New scholarships are available to DACC students on the Delaware County Foundation website.

NEW - The Weiler Family Career Technical Education Scholarship is available for students pursuing career/technical training. Preference will be given to financial need. Deadline: March 15, 2023.

Career Portfolio

Would your Senior like a chance to win a $250 cash scholarship? The Career Portfolio Contest is a great way to recognize the culmination of work that students have completed in high school for college and career readiness. 

This digital portfolio competition is open to schools in DACC’s career tech planning district (Big Walnut, Buckeye Valley, Delaware City, Olentangy, and Worthington) and students who attend DACC. Portfolio entries will be judged by community members and the Top 5 portfolio winners will receive a $250 cash scholarship.  Please find the 2023 Career Portfolio Contest information here. Entry deadline is March 20th.
