Deaf Action Center Seniors Program
January Edition
DAC Senior Citizens Program is committed to providing deaf and hard of hearing senior citizens information and resources to enrich their lives. The Program is supported in part by the Deaf Action Center; The Dallas Area Agency on Aging; and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m Mondays to Fridays and is  free  for ages 60+. 59 or younger may purchase a meal for $6.

News
  • Seniors celebrated Christmas with parties and friends.
  • Senior Christmas Party
    was wonderful! We had a social, a raffle and small gift exchange, also food!  
  • Lake Dallas ASL High School students visited us and donated a check to DASC. Much appreciation!
  • Ray Dean is back in the hospital. He needs more care. Remember our bodies take time to become well! 
  • Lidia Stewart went to the hospital, we hope she will get better. 
Many homes were destroyed during the tornadoes over Christmas. DASC hopes everyone and their families are safe.
