Today we remember

in Saint Petersburg, Florida who, after Hurricane Ian, write:
Just want to let you all know that we are doing well. Ian turned out to be a non-event for us here in St. Petersburg, except for lots of rain and wind. We experienced NO flooding or damage.. Our power went out for three 30-second periods. Otherwise we were with full power the entire time.
We are grateful to have escaped the major part of the storm. There are others in the state who were not as fortunate. Many have lost their homes or sustained severe damage. Our heart and prayers go out to them.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have so many of you expressing your concern and offering prayers.
