On February 28th, join DAIP virtually as we highlight BIPOC leaders and changemakers who are bringing power-shifting solutions to their work in Rhode Island communities. Since DAIP is framing all of our 2023 programming around transformative action, this Black History Month we’re focusing on Black Futures, and amplifying the work of leaders who are challenging the status quo to transform workplaces, communities, and society as a whole.
The panel will highlight methods to influence and shift power dynamics whether one is inside or outside of traditional power structures.
