In our previous newsletter regarding the Town Hall Meeting, the address of Coffee Importers was not correct. See below for the correct information:

In Supervisor Foley’s March 20th newsletter, she referenced two independent slip rate studies. One conducted by Laurain & Associates for the County, and another by Donahue and Company, Inc. While the Donahue appraisal is addressed to Dana Point Boaters Association, it was actually funded by an independent group of boaters.
Per Supervisor Foley, “Both studies are now online, providing independent market data showing how Dana Point Harbor slip rates compare with regional and market conditions. They also offer an outside perspective separate from the developer’s internal market survey. You can find them on my Dana Point Harbor website.” (Under Market Study).
We encourage all boaters to review both studies and formulate your own conclusion. The Town Hall meeting will be a great forum to address your questions/concerns. When registering for the Town Hall, you have an opportunity to ask a question. If you have a specific question about either study, please ask it when registering, and hopefully you will receive an answer at the Town Hall meeting.
