To all HFHT Employees:

We are swiftly moving on to Phase 3 of Dayforce training! Previous phases are:

Click on the links above to complete your training for the previous two phases.

In Phase 3, you will learn how to track your activities for each day - aka activity reporting!

All employees - that means IHPs, groups facilitators, HFHT administrative staff, and hourly employees - will be required to do activity reporting. There is training in this Phase that applies to everyone, regardless of role in HFHT. So keep reading! :)

KEY POINTS:

  • IHPs, we have been asking you to record your activities from July 11 onward outside of Synerion. You may now enter this data into Dayforce after you complete the training below.
  • IHPs, be sure to use the new activity codes provided to you by your manager (also linked below) to submit your activities. If you have questions or comments about the new activity codes, contact your manager.
  • IHPs, continue to submit your wait time reporting using your normal process.
  • All employees, be sure to watch/read the training on the Authorize All feature as it will be a standard part of Activity Reporting moving forward.
  • All employees, as was with Synerion, you must complete your activity reporting within 90 days.

Sincerely,

HFHT's Dayforce Project Team

PHASE 3 TRAINING:

TRAINING MATERIAL FOR HFHT ADMIN STAFF:

Basic activity reporting

Using the Authorize All feature

***Note that HFHT Admin and IHP videos, while on the same topics, have different content***

TRAINING MATERIAL FOR GROUPS FACILITATORS:

Groups Facilitators will now be scheduled for their Groups in Dayforce. This means you no longer have to submit your Groups hours to the Groups Coordinator. If you work extra hours during a Group session (i.e. a patient stays after Group to speak with you), you can use Dayforce to request compensation for the extra time.

To learn how to submit a request for compensation for extra hours worked for Groups, view the video.

NEW ACTIVITY CODES, LISTED BY ROLE:

The activity codes lists are linked below. If you have any questions/comments/concerns with the new activity codes, contact your manager.

You can also find links to these activity codes on our Dayforce webpage on the HFHT Intranet
