Dayforce Update: TODAY IS PAY DAY!

Check out your Earning Statement (and take a peek in your bank account too!)

To all HFHT Employees:

Today is a BIG DEAL - it's our FIRST payday using our new HRIS system, Dayforce!

Our payroll team has been working around the clock to ensure that everyone's schedules, banking information, benefits, and more are up to date so that you are paid accurately and on time. Please review your Earning Statement (there's a reminder on how to do this below) and check your bank account to ensure you have been paid appropriately.

In your bank account, the pay appears to come from "805658473". This will be changed back to Hamilton Family Health Team in time for the next pay.

*NOTES:

Your Earning Statement will display your absence balances (vacation, sick, personal days, etc.). These balances are current to July 22. Any absence requests made from July 22 to the end of the year will be reflected in future Earning Statements.

There is a document in the Earnings section of Dayforce regarding your year-to-date (YTD) earnings. This document is simply a result of transitioning from our legacy payroll platform to Dayforce. Moving forward, you will see biweekly Earning Statements in this section of the Dayforce platform. If you have any questions, reach out to Angela.Shmanka@hamiltonfht.ca.

YOUR EARNING STATEMENT EXPLAINED:

The Earning Statements provided in Dayforce are much more detailed than our old ones! We have developed a one-page overview of your Earning Statements to help you understand the new Statements. Earning Statements will look different depending on the type of employee you are (unionized, non-unionized, or hourly) so please make sure you are viewing the correct document below.
