Classroom spaces are still available for 2024 Teach Children to Save Day! This year's event, the 26th annual, is April 15th through 19th. Over the years, Delaware’s bankers have taught an important lesson on saving to over 240,000 kids. Teaching is fun and easy, with complete materials and training provided. New Comic Book for 2024 Teach Children to Save Day!

The Delaware Bankers Association and the Delaware Financial Education Alliance have created a new comic book, especially for 2024 Teach Children to Save Day. This year's comic is "The Amazing Money Stalk," and features The Great Investo and Penny. The story illustrates the power of compounding and the importance of saving for a financially independent future. All students will receive their own copy of the comic book to keep.

Eric Monzo Appointed to Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware


Morris James is proud to announce that Eric Monzo has been appointed to the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, effective February 1, 2024.



To assist the District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware implements a process to review, consider, and recommend revisions to its Local Rules for approval by the District Court. This process includes an advisory committee (the "Local Rules Committee") that studies the rules, practice, and internal operating procedures of the Court and makes recommendations concerning such rules and procedures.

Wilmington University’s annual Scholarship Golf Classic is an enjoyable golf tournament that helps raise funds for student scholarships.
