Richards, Layton & Finger directors Lisa Schmidt and Doneene Damon have been named in the Delaware Business Times inaugural “Delaware 222” list. The list recognizes the state’s most impactful business, nonprofit, and civic leaders across a variety of industries, honoring those who are creating jobs, serving populations in need, or helping to shape the state’s public policy.
Lisa Schmidt is the president of Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest law firm. Focusing her practice on corporate litigation, she has successfully litigated numerous corporate control, governance, appraisal, and contractual disputes in the Delaware courts.
Doneene Damon, immediate past president of Richards Layton, chairs the firm’s Corporate Trust and Agency Services Group and serves as the firm’s chief diversity director.
