Women Connect Kicks Off Summer with

Sussex County Retreat!

This Year’s first Women’s Connect event was held on May 25 & 26, 2022, at the Hyatt Place in Dewey Beach. The theme “Work-Life Integration” was ignited with an evening of acoustic music around a blazing bonfire with the sound of the ocean in the background. To jumpstart the following day attendees enjoyed a healthy breakfast followed by yoga and guided meditation, setting the tone for the amazing lineup of speakers. The seven-panel dynamic group shared their professional and personal experiences on how they manage work-life integration. Following the panel discussion, a networking lunch with a fun scavenger hunt finished out the day.
