As a recipient, you are required to complete the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Annual Report for FFY2025.

Reporting Requirements

• Reporting period: October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025
• Submission deadline: October 31, 2025
• Qualifying procurements: Construction, equipment, materials/supplies, and services
• Who must report: All construction contracts open during the reporting period — even if there is no DBE subcontracting activity
• Important note: Outstanding reports may delay processing draw requests for payment.
