This funding may have been provided under the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Programs, Lead Service Line and Replacement (LSLR) Program, Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act (ASADRA) Program, Emerging Contaminants (EC) Program, or Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant (OSG) Program.
As a recipient, you are required to complete the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Annual Report for FFY2025.
Please note: this requirement does not apply to Georgia Fund projects.

Reporting Requirements
- Reporting period: October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025
- Submission deadline: October 31, 2025
- Qualifying procurements: Construction, equipment, materials/supplies, and services

Who must report: All construction contracts open during the reporting period — even if there is no DBE subcontracting activity
- Important note: Outstanding reports may delay processing draw requests for payment.
