This will be my final message to you as the Chair of the Dufferin Board of Trade. After serving on the Chamber / DBOT Board for 12 of the past 15 years, the time has come for me to retire to focus on my hobbies and personal interests. Our Board of Directors has named Liz Skorski as the Chair-Elect, to be confirmed by the membership at our AGM in May. Liz has spent many years as the Chair of the Dufferin Women in Business and has been active on the DBOT Board since 2013.

Liz brings a wealth of experience in marketing, branding, and web design, and we are truly looking forward to her leadership moving forward. DBOT is in a strong position for 2020 and beyond, with a very capable staff and Board, and some exciting new projects in the near future. It has been my pleasure serving our business community and seeing the growth and positive changes for this organization over the past 15 years. I wish you all the very best of success in your future business endeavours.
