Dufferin Board of Trade
We hope you had a great end to 2019! At the Dufferin Board of Trade we are excited to introduce some new and exciting changes heading into 2020.
New this year, we are opening up the Dufferin Biz Hub. The Dufferin Biz Hub will be a business centre offering professional shared space, business supports and connections, and learning and networking opportunities designed to help local entrepreneurs and non-profits thrive in our community.
Along with the opening on the Dufferin Biz Hub, we are introducing Dufferin Biz Supporters, which includes exclusive enhanced advertising opportunities, and bundled sponsorship and tickets for annual DBOT events.
To kickoff the start of a great 2020 we are hosting our annual New Year's Levee on January 16th. Join us for an opportunity to see what is coming in 2020 and network with other leaders in the Dufferin community.
We look forward to an amazing 2020 #ThinkLocal

An emergency can endanger a business’s ability to continue operating. Statistics demonstrate that one in four businesses won’t reopen after a disaster and that while many businesses will reopen, some will fail within months of the emergency. Understanding your risks is the first step to making your business disaster-resilient. This session will guide you through the process of conducting a risk assessment and creating a plan that will give your business the best chance of surviving the storm.
