Washington, D.C. is a hub for college students to gain summer internship experience - not just for those studying political science, but also for students interested in applying their education in biology, economics, engineering, data analysis, foreign languages, literature, journalism, public health, sociology, and other disciplines to careers in government and public service.
The Rutgers-Eagleton Washington Internship Award
provides one-time grants of up to $5,000 to outstanding Rutgers undergraduate students for summer internships in government/public service in the nation's capital. The monetary award is intended to offset living expenses.
Rutgers undergraduate students from all three campus locations and all majors are encouraged to apply.
Applications are now open and are due on Friday, February 7, 2020.
