DMPED selects B&D for Capital One Arena work

Firm to oversee project's initial phases, supporting DC's revitalization of Gallery Place-Chinatown

Brailsford & Dunlavey has been selected by the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) as the Owner’s Representative for the transformative redevelopment of Capital One Arena. This project, in partnership with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, will revitalize the Gallery Place-Chinatown area and enhance the fan experience, supporting the city’s economic growth.
