Distributed Driver Amplifier 

The  CMD192 from Custom MMIC is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier that operates from DC to 20GHz and is a 50 ohm matched design, eliminating the need for RF port matching. The amplifier delivers greater than 19dB of gain with a corresponding 1dB compression point of 24.5dBm and noise figure of 1.9dB at 10GHz. This amplifier is available both as a die and housed in a 5x5mm QFN package.

SPDT Non-Reflective Switch

The  CMD195C3 is a broadband MMIC SPDT switch covering DC-18GHz with an insertion loss of 2.0dB and a high isolation of 37dB.The switching operation is controlled by a pair of complementary logic signals at 0/-5V and requires no bias supply. The positive slope in insertion loss versus frequency allows for several of the CMD195C3s to be cascaded together without the need for additional gain equalization circuitry.  Ideal applications for the CMD195 are microwave radio and VSAT, telecom infrastructure, test instrumentation, and military end-use.
