We are pleased to announce that DCA has invested in Sunset Beach Apartments, a 168-unit multi-family property adjacent to the Shiloh Conservation Area. Sunset Beach is located in the West End of Billings, Montana—a desirable, fast-growing neighborhood with an abundance of outdoor activities. Graystoke Capital Partners will operate the 10.85-acre property. This constitutes DCA's seventh real estate investment in the last six months.
