SUPPORTING SENIORS OVER
SPRING BREAK
The Road to Matriculation Starts Now!
We know spring break is right around the corner or in full swing and we want to make sure you all rest up! Our work with students is never done so when we have the opportunity to take a break it's important to remember your well being comes first.

Taking time for yourself is essential to avoid burnout and at DCAN we recognize your hard work can only continue when you are recharged. Check out of some of our de-stressing activities in our mental health toolkit below!

In the remainder of this newsletter, you will find senior next steps and more that you can send to families!

Take Care,

DCAN Team
FORWARD THESE TO FAMILIES
