Play quarantine bingo with your friends and family or try to get the whole board! Get creative and try something new like a recipe or hobby.

Create a 2021 Vision Board

Vision boards are great for setting goals and visualizing your dreams.

Start a Gratitude Journal

Journaling is a great way to help manage anxiety and reduce stress. Focus on the things that bring you joy and write it out. Here are some prompts you can try:

  3. A valuable lesson I've learned is...

Yoga for Beginners

Exercise has many known benefits for improving your mood and decreasing stress. Practicing yoga is a great way to incorporate mindfulness with physical activity.

Meditation for Beginners

Meditating helps you focus, promotes self esteem, and connect with yourself! Set aside a few minutes a day and pick a quiet spot and begin your practice.
