COLLEGE BOUND MICHIGAN
Register Your School Today!
College Bound Michigan is a suite of initiatives that supports counselors developing and implementing college-going cultures in their school communities. MCAN's work helps school counselors, college advisers, and other educators build strong college-going cultures that connect all students with formal education beyond high school, including postsecondary certificates and academic degrees.

CBMI brings together all of the statewide initiatives (College Month, College Cash Campaign, and Decision Day) into one campaign to help bring Michigan closer to 60% postsecondary attainment!

THANK YOU TO OUR
AMERICORPS VISTAS!
This year's VISTAs have provided DCAN with invaluable service and support. Lindsay and Olivia have led some of our most successful programs and supported DCAN with expanding into new, impactful areas.

We are so very grateful that they selected to partner with DCAN. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors!

"Working at DCAN this past year has been an educational, fulfilling, and rewarding opportunity. Everyone here has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The biggest lesson I learned this year was to go with the flow and look at challenges that arise as opportunities for growth."

My service year has strengthened my confidence in my professional abilities, and I'm excited to build on the skills I’ve gained at Detroit College Access Network. I know that my career will never stray far from education and educational equity, and I can thank DCAN for solidifying my passion for the work."
