DCM Associates, Inc. is leading the search for a Director, Finance & Administration for NJ-based The Bridge Center for Wellbeing
The Bridge is a nonprofit community-based organization in New Jersey that provides behavioral health care services designed to strengthen and support the family and promote the personal growth of children, adolescents, adults and seniors. The Bridge provides a stigma-free and culturally sensitive environment for people struggling to cope with life’s challenges. The organization serves 2,500 children, adolescents, adults and families per year at three New Jersey locations.

The Director, Finance & Administration will lead all day-to-day finance and administration operations for a $4 million private, non-profit organization based in Essex County, NJ. This is a terrific opportunity for a passionate leader with seven to ten years of accounting and finance experience, to help strengthen and grow an organization with over 50 years of providing outstanding behavioral health services and programs to our community. The successful candidate must be able to work under deadlines pressures, changing priorities, and resource constraints typical for nonprofit organizations.
