DCM Associates, Inc. has opened the search for a Chief Executive Officer for Child & Family of Rhode Island, a state-wide supporter of resilient families, vulnerable children and elders.

Since 1866, Child & Family of Rhode Island has been supporting resilient families, vulnerable children and elders throughout Rhode Island. The organization is founded on, and continues to operate, on the belief that individuals and communities thrive when supported by strong families, and that a community works best when it accepts responsibility for all of its members. Currently, Child & Family of Rhode Island is recruiting its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The organization seeks a mission-driven professional who will honor a long and well-regarded history while leading an innovative approach to delivering care in a financially sustainable way.

The new CEO should have experience leading a complex organization, as Child & Family of Rhode Island is at a juncture in its history. The next leader must possess a keen awareness and knowledge of the emerging policy and funding trends impacting services. The CEO will be expected to evaluate the organization's current portfolio of services in order to position Child & Family for future stability and growth while also honoring the organization's long and well-regarded history.
