Training Overview: The Quality Improvement (QI) Boot Camp is geared towards any health center staff that support quality improvement, including both clinical and administrative staff. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and practice key QI principles including the Model for Improvement, PDSA process, SMART goals, Root Cause Analysis, process flow diagrams, and quality measures. We will apply the concepts learned to real-life case studies through hands-on group exercises.

  • Search for services for clients by area of need (food, transit, legal, healthcare, education, etc);
  • Use dozens of search filters to find the exact thing you're looking for;
  • Create an account to make and receive　referrals;
  • Use the platform's dashboard to track referrals and other data.

Ending the Opioid Epidemic: 6-Part Webinar Series
This six-part interactive webinar series, held February 4 - March 10, has been designed to introduce diverse strategies for success in ending the opioid epidemic. Participants will hear from legal, social, medical, and community intervention experts in a strategy-gathering information exchange. Sliding Fee Scale Webinar Series
A core concept of the Health Center Program is the idea that no patient will be denied care due to an inability to pay. However, many health centers struggle to establish a sliding fee scale that is reasonable, functional, and compliant. 

This four-part webinar series will provide an overview of the basic elements of all Sliding Fee Discount Programs (SFDPs) and share tips on how to apply the rules in a range of situations, from common everyday scenarios to specialty services provided by referral. Kaiser Permanente sponsors Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) trainings for individuals representing safety net organizations only. If you are applying as a team, each team member should fill out a separate application form. Note that some training opportunities have restrictions; please contact your Hub/Regional Manager for details.

Please note: DCPCA members should apply for the MidAtlantic Hub. Once you are ready, you should expect to spend about 10 minutes filling out the application. You will need:
• Course name and IHI Course ID number
• Course start and end dates
• Short description of what you hope to learn
• Even if you are applying as a team, you each need to apply individually and also note the names and emails for each participant on your form.
