Welcoming

David Setzler

We are pleased to welcome David Setzler to the Dominion family as our new MS History Teacher.

God has blessed me with a love of History. He has given me many different opportunities throughout my life for Christian discipleship through the medium of History and I am excited to bring that to Dominion Christian. Through my years at North Greenville University, blending the Scripture with History has led me to pursue Christian education.

Quick Update: Schedules are Live!

Great news! The majority of student schedules are now populated and ready for viewing. You can check yours right now by logging into your FACTS Family Portal. As you review your schedule, here are a few important details to keep in mind:

Spot a Gap? If you notice an open period, it most likely means you need to add an elective. Please note that high school electives are filling up fast, and priority is given to upperclassmen to ensure they meet their graduation requirements.

6th Period Study Hall: Only regular Study Hall is offered during 6th period this year.

7th Period Requirement: All students in grades 9–11 must be enrolled in a class during 7th period.

Section Changes: To keep our learning environments balanced, we are only able to make adjustments to sections (moving a class to a different period) for class-size balancing purposes.

Missing a Core Subject?

If you notice that a required core subject is missing from your schedule entirely, please don't hesitate to reach out. Send a quick email to mlightner@dominionmail.org so we can review it for you.

Dominion requires all high school honor, AP, and dual enrollment English students to read assigned summer books for their English classes prior to the first day of classes.

There is no summer reading for on-level high school English classes. There is no middle school summer reading required.

The Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program is a powerful way for individuals and businesses to positively impact lives by making K-12 education accessible to deserving students who otherwise could not afford it.

By contributing to GOAL, Georgia taxpayers receive a 100% state income tax credit, while directly supporting tuition assistance for exceptional students desiring to attend Dominion Christian School.

All DCS families are invited to join the DCAA Booster Club. The Booster Club provides financial support for the sports equipment, transportation, and other items not provided by student participation fees or the DCS annual athletic budget.

Your booster club membership grants you free admission to ALL regular-season home games for any of our Dominion sports at both the Middle School level and the High School level.

God is doing amazing things here at Dominion Christian. Choosing the right school is a significant decision and we are so very grateful that you, our families, have chosen to send your children to Dominion.

Our mission is to equip students to love God and love others through Christ-centered education. We want to provide an environment where students can grow both academically and spiritually in order to be successful in life beyond graduation. Our best marketing is the testimonies of our families.

SPREAD THE WORD with our “REFER-A-FAMILY” Program. Refer a family to Dominion Christian and receive a $500 tuition credit for new families.

Monday through Thursdays, 9:00 – 2:00 PM
