Did you know outfitting one wounded warrior with an iBot costs over $40,000 and providing a veteran and their family with life saving service dogs is over $20,000?

Every year, DCUC selects a charity that supports our military for the silent auction, and this year, DCUC chose the Robert Irvine Foundation.

The mission of the Robert Irvine Foundation is to support and strengthen the physical and mental well-being of our service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. We provide these heroes with life-changing opportunities that unlock the potential in their personal and professional lives through food, wellness, community, and financial support.

Sponsor Schedule

The Networking Hall is located in International Center South, where breakfast and lunch will be hosted throughout the week. General Sessions will be in the International Center North. To view the sponsor schedule, click the button.

Networking Hall

Your sponsorship includes a 6ft table in the Networking Hall along with two chairs and a table linen. All sponsor tables will be placed along the perimeter of the room with banquet rounds in the center for breakfast and lunch.

All sponsors are welcome to bring "giveaway" merchandise for guests and attendees, a company table linen, and a banner no larger than 6ft. wide.

Sponsor Appreciation Lunch

Thursday, August 10 at 11:30am - 1:30pm

New this year...DCUC's Sponsor Appreciation Lunch! We are going to liven things up this year with some entertainment and a delicious lunch buffet all while raising money for The Robert Irvine Foundation!

DCUC will have 50/50 raffle tickets available through out the lunch. Additionally, the silent auction items donated by, YOU, our sponsors, will be displayed at your table so attendees can see all items they are bidding on through the auction app.

The Broadmoor Hotel has a FedEx onsite. See shipping details below.

If you ship your items to the hotel in advance, please send your tracking information to Suzanne. We will ensure your items are at your table Tuesday morning prior to set up.

Sponsor One-on-One Meetings

Tuesday, August 8 at 11:00am -12:00pm

The Networking Hall will open an hour early on Tuesday to allow our sponsors an opportunity for one-on-one meetings with potential clients at their tables.

You can begin to secure these meeting through the conference app, which will become available in Mid July.
