Progress continues steadily on the Manistee Riverwalk construction!

New seating is being installed behind the 400 River Street building as part of the City of Manistee's $1.69 million Riverwalk rehabilitation project.

We are excited to see the completion of the Riverwalk soon!

Construction has begun on the Northern Hotel property and the Washington Street corridor!

Work is anticipated to continue for the next several weeks.

Washington Street is projected to reopen to traffic by October 31, with the potential for an earlier reopening if progress allows.

Congratulations to the River Street Marketplace and Ruddiblush Art Gallery!

They are the most recent recipients of the Facade Grant program. Be sure to check out River Street Marketplace and their new awning.

We are also incredibly excited to see the work on Ruddiblush Art Gallery underway!

Now, commercial property owners in the Manistee Downtown District interested in receiving financial assistance towards exterior rehabilitation/renovation projects can submit an application anytime in the year!
