Voting Access Bills Currently in the House
  • HB 47 removes the notary requirement for absentee ballot requests. 
  • HB 63 proposes an amendment to Article V of the DE Constitution to remove limitations to voting by absentee ballot (requires a 2/3 majority to pass).
  • HB 90 would allow registered voters to vote in-person for at least 10 days prior to an election.
