Hello, Distance Education Faculty!


Here is some vital information from DE Proctoring that will assist you in using our online services during the Fall 25 semester. Refer to TLED’s Faculty Resources for general information about other online testing options.


All Distance Education courses may use DE Proctoring's live proctoring services. DE Proctoring securely proctors students with a live proctor using Class. We accept Initial, makeup, and incomplete exams. Below is additional information.

DE Proctoring Overview

Please review the DE Proctoring Faculty Portal to familiarize yourself with our services. It contains step-by-step guides, a Q&A section, and announcements highlighting new features and updates.

New for Fall 25: Appointment Scheduling

Students can now make appointments with a minimum 24 hour notice, instead of the previous two-day requirement.

Proctoring Testing Sessions

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m, 4:30 p.m., 7 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m, 4:30 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m, 4:30 p.m.

Sunday: 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m.

Important Dates

Monday, September 1, 2025, Labor Day (College closed)

Friday, September 26, 2025, General Assembly (College closed)

Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Veteran's Day (College closed)

Wednesday, November 26, 2025, (College closed at noon)

Thursday- Sunday, November 27- 30, 2025, Thanksgiving Break (College closed)

Sunday, December 14, 2025, Last day to test

Students with Technical Difficulties

Students unable to join their testing session or have been removed due to technical issues may take the exam at an ACC Testing Center or call us at (512) 223-1372 to troubleshoot the problem or reschedule. Students are NOT required to obtain permission from DE Proctoring to test on campus if they experience technical difficulties that prevent them from testing securely.


In cases where DE Proctoring is aware that a student cannot take their exam due to technical issues, staff will inform them that they may also take their tests at:
