The Special Operations Division is saddened to announce the passing of former Police Officer First Class Katherine “Katie” Elizabeth Santos #4088, beloved daughter of Sergeant Joseph Santos #1238 of the Special Operations Division, Canine Unit, and retired Corporal Mary Santos #1464, as well as niece to Corporal James Santos #1873 of the Office of the Chief, Executive Protection Unit.
Ms. Santos passed away on November 09, 2022.
A memorial celebration will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at:
Rosecroft Raceway, 3rd Floor

Fort Washington, Maryland 20744
*Ms. Santos’ family asks that those paying respects wear casual clothing, in honor of Ms. Santos’ penchant for hoodies, sweats, jeans and comfortable shoes.
