In this newsletter, we’re excited to share details about some fun upcoming events, holiday closures, and scholarship recipients.

Please remember that we follow DCSD for weather closures as we enter our snowy season! If DCSD announces a snow day, we will also be closed.

GLOW NUNCHAKU PNO

Don't miss our favorite PNO of the year! GLOW NUNCHUCKS!

Students will learn basic nunchaku techniques with an emphasis on safety and self-control. More advanced students will work on progressing nunchaku skills! Once students have an understanding of how to use the nunchakus properly, we will shut off the lights and watch them glow!

Date: Sat, December 13

Time: 5:00-7:30pm

Cost: $50 ($40 per additional sibling)

Dinner & Glow Nunchaku Provided!

Potluck: Bring a dish to share!

FREE and OPEN TO ALL!

Join us in closing out the year at our End of the Year Party! Open to all students and families, feel free to drop in at any time. We will have games and open mats, and potluck style snacks. We will also be honoring our 2025 KC Foundation Scholarship recipients!

KC Foundation Scholarship

We're excited to announce the two incredible recipients of the 2025 KC Foundation Scholarship! We believe in investing in tomorrow's leaders and these two recipients are sure to make a difference in their communities. We're proud to award $1000 each to the following scholars to go towards their higher education expenses.

BIN BLESSED FOOD DRIVE

2nd Degree Candidate, Gavin Grad is leading a Food Drive at KC for the nonprofit, Bin Blessed.

Please help by bringing in donations of:

Oatmeal, Cereal, Granola Bars, Squeezable Jelly, Mac n Cheese, and Pasta

Bin Blessed is celebrating 10 YEARS as the biggest contributor of grocery items for the non-profit, There With Care. There With Care provides a wide range of meaningful services for families with a critically ill child, families with a Baby in the NICU and families with a teen facing a medical crisis.

Students are permitted to pause their accounts for up to 2 months per year.

All Pause/Cancellation Requests must be submitted VIA EMAIL to Billing@kctkd.com. A conversation with Master Cam is not sufficient. Please follow up with Ms. Stephanie via email!

Pause/Cancellation Requests require 30-days notice to take effect.
