DEI - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion - is not just a buzzword of the moment. I imagine, like for me, this bounces around in your mind, knowing we've only scratched the surface.

How we as leaders address this continually pressing topic is important, personally and professionally. We at Crothers are continually challenging ourselves, both within our own organization as well as how we can support others with the resources we have available.

Alwyn’s international background has provided clients the benefit of exploring the diversity that is inherent in any work environment. Born in Liberia and having lived in England, Saudi Arabia, and Spain, there is a unique global perspective that is intertwined in his work.
Having held leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies, Alwyn works with clients to enhance diversity and inclusion, employee satisfaction, succession planning, talent management and career development.
