In this spirit, we are inviting you to attend the in-person DEI Recognition Luncheon on Wednesday, February 28th from noon to 2 pm at the Rutgers Club where we look to celebrate your accomplishments over the last year, continue to build bridges across and Rutgers-NB campus, and enhance our collective capacity to create change.
Shawn Maxam, Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion at Princeton University will be presenting a keynote, "Community, Coalitions and Capacity-Building: Enhancing Individual Self-Care and Organizational Resilience to Support Institutional Change" where he will share strategies for supporting the well-being of EDI practitioners like us!
