INDUSTRY NOTICE

GRACE PERIOD EXTENDED TO COMPLETE YOUR ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT(S)
License/Permit Number(s):

 Delinquent Compliance Report(s)

If you don’t submit your required compliance report by Jan. 31, 2020, your renewal application might be denied. Please read below for important information about your license or permit.

TABC license and permit holders must use the TABC: Compliance Reporting mobile app to conduct and submit an annual inspection for each of their licensed or permitted locations in Texas. The reporting period begins Sept. 1 and ends Dec. 1 each year.

Our records show you didn’t submit a report for one or more of your licensed or permitted Texas locations during the 2019 reporting period, which ended Dec. 1. TABC extended a grace period through Dec. 31, but our records still show you didn’t complete the required compliance reporting. As a courtesy, TABC is extending an additional grace period through Jan. 31. If you don’t submit your compliance report(s) by Jan. 31, a TABC representative might visit you, your application to renew your license or permit might not be approved, and you could receive an administrative warning.

If your business has not yet registered for TABC’s Compliance Reporting program:
  1. Designate one person to be the primary administrator for your business’s compliance reporting responsibilities.
  2. The administrator must visit this link to complete the online registration process: https://tabccrprod.airvbox.com/registration/new.

After your business registers for the program, the administrator should:
  1. Download the TABC: Compliance Reporting mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and complete your required report(s).
  2. Manage the users that have access to the app and assign them to conduct reports for your business’s locations through the Compliance Reporting Administrative Portal at https://tabccrprod.airvbox.com/log_in.

This new technology provides you more time to focus on business and less time meeting regulatory requirements, while also improving public safety across Texas.

Before conducting a compliance report, make sure your business displays all required signs. Failing to do so is a common area of non-compliance. Review and print your required signs at https://tabc.texas.gov/laws/sign_requirements.asp .

If you can’t open the registration and administrative portal websites:
  1. Make sure you’re using an updated version of your web browser. Supported browsers are: Chrome 68+; Internet Explorer 11; Safari 11+; Firefox 62+
  2. Enable TLS 1.2 on your web browser (required for security). Learn how at knowledge.digicert.com/generalinformation/INFO3299.html.
  3. If the above steps don’t fix the problem, submit a CR Help Request at tabc.texas.gov/crhelpform.
