Nominate a Rockstar Employee for the 2025 Wave Makers Award

DEMA is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Wave Makers Award. These annual awards recognize new professionals in the diving industry who are rising to the top and making a difference in our industry. 

Nominations for the Wave Makers Award are being accepted until Monday, August 4, 2025.

Honorees will be recognized at the Annual Membership Meeting taking place on November 12, 2025 during DEMA Show 2025 in Orlando, FL.

DEMA's new Neighborhood Brief is an individualized, business-specific market insight report designed to help brick-and-mortar dive retailers and travel stores in the United States understand their local customer base and grow their business more strategically.

The Author's Corner is returning to DEMA Show 2025! This Show feature provides Show attendees and exhibitors with opportunities to meet and engage with authors, hear about their exploits and encounters, obtain signed copies of their books, and have a unique experience while at DEMA Show.

Participating authors will benefit from the unique opportunity to connect one-on-one with their readers and directly promote their books.

To participate, authors must be connected to an existing exhibitor (or have their own DEMA Show booth). Authors are encouraged to sign up early and promote their presence at the Show.
