*Important DFC Progress Report Updates*
Dear DFC Coalition Leaders,

We are writing with an update on the delayed August 2019 DFC Progress Report. ONDCP and the DFC National Evaluation Team have been working over the past year to make some improvements to the Progress Report and Coalition Classification Tool (CCT) data collections. Currently, those changes are in the final stage of review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

The decision has been made that DFC-funded coalitions will NOT be required to submit an August 2019 Progress Report or CCT. Instead, in February 2020, you will be asked to complete a single Progress Report based on all work completed since February 1, 2019. All DFC-funded coalitions will be required to complete CCTs in August 2020.

The table below shows the period of time you will include in your February 2020 Progress Report, depending on your grant year:

Year 5 or Year 10
February 1, 2019 -- End of grant funding (typically September 30, 2019, unless coalition received an extension)
This final Progress Report is needed to properly close-out your DFC grant.

We will continue to provide updates leading up to the February Progress Report submission window. In addition, we will be hosting a webinar prior to the February 2020 submission window to give an overview of the changes in DFC Me and to answer any questions you might have. Please continue to track all coalition activity since February 1, 2019 so that all of your work can be easily incorporated into your February 2020 Progress Report. The Progress Report and Core Measures Template may be a helpful tool in tracking your data and can be found in the Featured Resources in the DFC Me Learning Resource Center.

Don't forget! You can still access the DFC Me system to submit your core measures surveys for review, update your sector representatives, and explore the Learning Center! We strongly encourage DFC grant recipients to submit surveys as early as possible so they can be reviewed before the upcoming reporting period.
