Red Drum Roasters is a Durham-based coffee roaster focusing on small-batch, single-origin roasts. We currently source our beans from De La Finca and Coffee Shrub, two importers who do an excellent job promoting and developing direct relationships with farmers and coops that benefit farmers and co-ops. Come to our stand for hot coffee, cold brew, and bags of beans. 

For the special Holiday Market we will have bags for Christmas gifts and a whole array of hot drinks for a cold day, including, we are jazzed to finally say, decaf (and "Decafé Au Lait") for the afternoon occasion!

There has been more baking going on during in anticipation of the holidays, even though the closest we may get to Great Aunt Rose is to overnight her a pie made with her mother’s recipe. To that end, we have been offering aprons to fit both adults and children of various ages. We can’t guarantee that your cakes will look as good as you do, but it’s a start.

Family and Future makes wholesome treats you can feel good about bringing home to your loved ones. All of our chocolate bars, nut butters and fudges are organic, dairy free, sweetened without cane sugar, and made completely from scratch. Steven Lambeth started this business so he could still eat sweets while on a restricted diet and has since grown with a vision of both supporting starting a family with his wife and wanting to align with a more sustainable future. We only use fair-trade cacao to support more ethical food systems and, when possible, use compostable or reusable packaging to help minimize waste.

Honeygirl Meadery is an award-winning urban meadery in the heart of downtown Durham NC specializing in small batch seasonal meads. We ferment honey and local fruits, flowers and herbs to create delicious, nuanced, food-friendly mead. Every week we bring out a mix of our hand-crafted mead styles, so there is something for everyone!

Freshly hand dug PEANUTS.. a first for our farm. We will have fresh raw peanuts by the lb. for you to ROAST or try making salty boiled peanuts as a special treat.

We are very proud that our farm's cattle have recently been 'Certified Global Animal Partner' (GAP Stage #4) and Animal Welfare Certified... with a national certification which included intensive inspections and audits. Also, all calves are easily tracked with electronic tagging.. from birth to harvest.  A genetic profile of the cattle herd was completed by the American Angus Association with our stocker calves ranking high for carcass traits... potentially grading a Choice or Prime carcass. I am thankful my father and grandfather were visionaries in selecting the best beef cattle out there... starting in 1911!  Now, I just need to keep the farm growing and producing outstanding Angus BEEF for you, our valued customers.
