Angels: Chloe, Maddie, & Kailey Raley raised $200.00 for DFW Pug Rescue all by themselves and presented them to Santa to help with vet bills.

'Tis the season to help a pug
Tis the season to help a pug

This is the time of year when many owners decide to get rid of their old pug and get a younger dog. Many are dumped at shelters and only have rescue to help save them. DFW Pug Rescue Club is committed to rescuing all pugs regardless of their age or medical condition.

Donate, rescue, or adopt a senior pug. They all have the same wish this Christmas, to find their forever families.

Please consider opening your heart and home to senior pug.

Adoption Stories
Ray Charles

We adopted Ray Charles from DFW pugs in 2002. He was completely blind, born without any eyeballs at all. He was absolutely the best pug in the world! He traveled all over with us and loved new adventures. We sadly had to say goodbye to him last June when he was diagnosed with Evan's Syndrome. He was completely healthy all his life with no troubles and became suddenly ill and was gone within 24 hours. He never suffered and had a beautiful transition to his new life. We miss him terribly and have him here on our property. A big thank you to DFW pugs for the best pug in the world.

Adoption Stories
Izzy Mae

We adopted Iggy (now called Izzy Mae) at the end of June when she was just seven weeks old.  She is now almost 7 months, and is growing into a perfect little girl!  At first, our older pug (12 years) didn't like having a youngster around the house, but he's finally come around and they even will play together a bit -- that is, until she tires him out :-)

She's just about done with puppy school, has learned to use the dog door, and is completely crate and house trained.

Thank you for helping to bring this awesome girl into our home!
