This month, the DFWHC Foundation Board discussed the impact our data collaboration has on quality of care and patient safety in both North and Central Texas. Data comparisons led to identifying area "best outcomes."
The countdown to the DFWHC Foundation's 23rd Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon on April 25 at the Hurst Conference Center has begun. Tickets are now available to an event honoring 130-plus hospital employees.
DFWHC Foundation interns Rachel Blaydes and Alex Fernandez displayed their work with a poster presentation on North Texas behavioral health during the Texas Public Health Association (TPHA) conference in San Antonio.
Our own Dr. Sushma Sharma worked with Baylor Scott & White Health on a paper detailing chronic liver disease. The report examined trends in hospitalizations in the region using the Foundation's data warehouse.
