Patient Safety Summit
Annual event Aug. 13-14
The DFWHC Foundation's 11th Annual Patient Safety Summit is scheduled for August 13-14 at the Arlington Convention Center. This year's theme is "Home Run for Safety" with Sorrel King and Dave Dravecky serving as speakers.

Behavioral Health
Interns produce repository
The DFWHC Foundation teamed with interns from UNT Health Science Center and Texas Woman's University to produce an extensive Behavioral Health Providers Repository covering 16 North Texas counties.

Pathways to Work!
Workforce joins local team
The National Fund for Workforce Solutions announced it has awarded $100,000 to "Pathways to Work," a partnership of employers and trainers led by the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas to advance job quality strategies in healthcare.
