Gwinnett County to Honor Veterans at Ceremony on November 11
Gwinnett County will pay respects to our soldiers, sailors, and airmen at its annual Veterans Day ceremony at 1:30 p.m. on November 11 at the Fallen Heroes Memorial located at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.

With granite slabs bearing the names of the honored dead as a backdrop, the ceremony will include an honor guard, speakers, including Col. Rick White, co-director and chairman of the Georgia Military Veterans Hall of Fame, a 21-gun salute, and bugler playing Taps.

The Fallen Heroes Memorial is located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville.

Poll Officials Needed for Upcoming Elections
The County's Voter Registrations and Elections Division is still looking for poll officials to staff elections in 2018. As a poll official, you play an active role in the democratic process, earn valuable work experience, and you get paid! Residents who can read and write English and Spanish are especially encouraged to complete a poll official application at  www.gwinnettcountyjobs.com.
