If you are not a restaurant or event center the biggest piece that may effect your workplace is the option to, effective April 15th, return to the workplace if you have been working from home. The Order states that employers are to accommodate employees who wish to remain working at home and have to have plans for keeping employees safe in the office in a socially distanced manner. This is a big discussion point for many I'm sure. Even as an experienced HR person who champions the value of working together it is now a logistical/budgetary/efficiency/choice type of discussion. The working environment as we know it may have made a permanent shift.

If you are on the now expanded list to receive a vaccination, it is best to register and have your employees register, if eligible, on the COVID-19 Connector. This will notify you of when vaccines are available near you.

MEMBER HAPPENINGS
WILD MARSH - GPS ADVERTISING OPTIONS AND VIP CORPORATE PUNCH CARDS

Did you know that a MN golf course has a $1.6 million dollar direct impact on the local economy? Did you know that our own Wild Marsh helped raise over $160,000 in charitable donations for our community? Did you know that business deals have a 68% success rate if the deal is closed on the course?

Wild Marsh is excited to support our business community and now has an opportunity for you to share your products, vision and custom advertising on the golf cart GPS advertising program that is now available in the new carts. See below!

Also new this year is the Corporate VIP Punch Card. With a VIP card you can have one of two upgraded customized golf carts that include a logo' d sleeve of Titleist AVX balls with each round. Ten round punch cards are available for $690 and have no use restrictions. Give Eric Ritter, the General Manager at Marsh a call at 763-682-4476 X4 or email him at Eric.Ritter@ci.buffalo.mn.us with questions on how to help support your business.

I know that the this white stuff wasn't welcome, as the course actually opened and was quite busy last Saturday. Never too early to hit the greens!
CEO STUDENTS MAKE IT A WIN/WIN!
PLAY BINGO MARCH 18th

The Wright Tech CEO students wanted to support our local restaurants while fundraising themselves, as they may not have their usual fund raising event this year. It's a win win: www.TinyURL.com/WrightBingo. You will get a gift card of your choosing and then if you win Bingo, you will get another!
COMMUNITY HAPPENINGS
BUFFALO STRONG - PEACE FLAG PROJECT DECORATES THE LAKE RAIL

The Buffalo High School led the mission to have peace flags made by anyone and everyone in the community! Tied together - the rough count was over 2350 flags! If you haven't taken the lake walk, check them out. They are made by young children as well as our senior citizens and everyone in between! Enjoy the sights as you walk!

COUNTY PARKS - MORE THAN JUST TRAILS AND CAMPSITES!

Did you know our County Parks offer up dog sled rides, cross country skiing by luminary lights, and Chickadee birdhouse making kits? My family made birdhouses on our weekend getaway in Pequot Lakes. We just purchased the kits, watched the video online and together we made 4 birdhouses. Can't wait to get them out! You still have a chance to make some hiking sticks this weekend! Go to https://www.co.wright.mn.us/982/Programs.
