Additionally, the Q&As have also been updated to include responses to all of the questions that were submitted as part of the webinar series – thank you to the Office of Child Care Licensing and the Division of Public Health in providing up-to-date information to support Delaware’s early childhood workforce!
Training Hours

As shared, early childhood professionals are eligible to receive 2 Quality Assured training hours for completing steps 1 and 2 below.

  1. Review the content in the Re-Opening Delaware Child Care Safely document. You may do this by reading the document independently, attending the live Re-Opening Delaware Child Care Safely webinars, or watching the recorded Re-Opening Delaware Child Care Safely webinars. 
  2. Engage in follow-up support with your licensing specialist or Delaware Stars technical assistant on how to implement the guidance in your program. 
If you completed the above steps, please take the following steps to receive your Quality Assured hours.

  1. Sign into your profile on If you do not have a profile on, please create one prior to moving forward.
  2. Click this link to register for the webinar. This indicates that you have already viewed the webinar and engaged with your licensing specialist or Delaware Stars TA. You are not required to attend the webinar again. Once you are registered, the webinar will show on your DIEEC transcript within 48 hours.
  3. Print transcript for licensing specialist.
