Virgin Hotels Dallas | 1445 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207

Join us as we honor Lou Diamond Phillips with the 2026 DIFF Dallas Star Award at a luncheon sponsored by Virgin Hotels Dallas and chaired by 20th Anniversary Co-Chairs Tanya Foster and Lynn McBee.

Lou Diamond Phillips is a multi-faceted actor, director, and writer. He is an Independent Spirit Award winner, and was nominated for a Golden Globe Award, Tony Award, and Emmy Award. He serves as a Governor for the Actors Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). Phillips brings the North American Premiere of his latest film, KEEP QUIET, to this year’s Festival, which he will discuss on stage during a conversation at the DIFF Dallas Star Award Luncheon.

As a longtime friend of DIFF Dallas, who was also supportive of our designation as an OSCAR(R) Qualifying Film Festival, we are pleased to present Lou Diamond Phillips with the 2026 DIFF Dallas Star Award, as well as to honor his amazing body of work.
